It is natural that people should wish to look younger than they really are. Some are happy if they look their own age. What is certain is that nobody wants to look older!

Makeup can either help you look healthier, younger and fresher or, if not applied right, on the contrary, will add you some extra years.

1. Too Much, Too Heavy
The less cosmetics you use, the younger you will look. A generous layer of foundation looks heavy and cakey on the skin, clogs pores and defines wrinkles and fine lines. Use only a drop of it, spread it over your face and thoroughly blend it with your skin. Make it thin and almost invisible. Use foundation and concealer in problem areas only – to cover under-eye circles or blemishes.

2. Shimmery Eye Shadow
The pores around your eyes do not produce oil, that‘s why the skin around that area is never greasy. This is one of the main reasons why the first wrinkles when we start aging appear around our eyes. Here the skin is extremely thin and requires extra care. The main mistake made by women is that they sometimes use shimmery eye shadow. Instead of shimmery products use matte shadow of the same shade.
