2. Quit drinking calories
We do not want you to drink sodas. And that’s for your own good! There are plenty of delicious alternatives to your regular Cola, Sprite and Pepsi. All of the mentioned sodas contain around 8 teaspoons of sugar per can. Just imagine how many calories you drink. Switch to plain water, juices or herbal teas. Opt for drinks that do not contain too much caffeine. Although, some green tea is advised.
