4. Enjoy Sunlight
How much sunlight your body cells receive can influence how well you sleep at night. Let your body see and enjoy sunlight more often. Doctors recommend that we all should spend at least one hour per day in direct sunlight. Have a jog in the morning and then walk on foot to reach your office. In the evening go outside and do gardening. You can think of many other outdoor activities that will allow you to get plenty of sunlight.
