2. Practice “contrast” showers
A contrast shower starts with warm water. You let yourself enjoy the warm water for 2 or 3 minutes and then switch the water to cooler water for half a minute. A contrast shower relaxes blood vessels when the water is warm. When the water is cool, they contract. That's how you ‘train’ your blood vessels and body’s circulatory system in general. After a contrast shower you will sleep much better and, if taken in the morning, charge you with energy plus increase your metabolism.
