5. Quit trying to change the situation that is beyond your control
There is no need to hope that you are strong enough to change the other person. Feelings and emotions of other people are out of our control. All you can do is to control your reaction to what other people do or feel for you. We suggest you should dive into something that will keep you interested and busy: family, career, hobbies, etc. Do not let your emotions control you. Start controlling them.
