2. Daily Physical Activity
We insist you should exercise every day. That’s absolutely necessary if your goal is to lose pounds or maintain healthy weight and improve your flexibility, endurance and cardiovascular system. The healthier your heart is, the longer you will live. Do something intensive for 20-25 minutes every day. Play tennis, go cycling, practice weight lifting or yoga. Try out various sports and games.
