How many hours ago did you eat last?
Hunger cannot come all of a sudden. You cannot feel hungry all the time. Wait at least two or three hours before you take a meal. If you feel like eating after an hour, it means your last meal was not good enough. The quality of food you consume matters a lot. The healthier products you eat, the longer you can go without thinking about food. The best foods that fill you up very well should contain sufficient amount of the right type of nutrients. Protein is a wonderful source of energy. So are healthy fats. Limit the amount of bad carbs and, instead of snacking on chips and crisps, prepare a bowl of fresh vegetable salad. Lean meats and fatty fish can satisfy your hunger almost instantly and you will feel great after eating this kind of food. Protein can also be taken from yogurt and low-fat cottage cheese.
