Your daily routine can make you feel tired and exhausted. This happens to all people and when this occurs, we should do something to restore. Here is what you can do:
1. Pastries is no option. Foods that are full of carbs will never make you feel energetic. On the contrary, in an hour after downing a croissant you will feel weak and sleepy. Instead, eat something that contains fiber, like raw fruit, fruit smoothie or fruit salad.
2. Practice a short 5-7 minute workout sessions. We do not want you to go to the gym after a hard day at work. However, some light physical activity can help you recharge. Let your workout last at least five-seven minutes and boost your heart rate a bit.
