9. Scrubs, Peelings, and Purifying Masks
Exfoliate your skin to remove dead skin cells. Dead cells as well as dirt make your skin look dull. You will need a scrub to properly clean your skin and pores. Unfortunately, regular cleaners do not do the trick. Various face masks are highly effective – use purifying clay masks at least twice a month.
10. Review and Improve Your Menu
Keep track of what you eat. Healthy food is essential for skin, hair, nails. Eat plenty of fruit, lean protein, vegetables, whole grain bread, healthy fats that you can find in abundance in fish and nuts. Water is not less important. Keep yourself hydrated – every day drink around 64 ounces of water.
