3. Eat the right foods.
Watch your diet and make your menu rich in vitamins and minerals. Include healthy fats, such as olive oil, nuts and seeds. Do not avoid fatty fish and consume lean protein, for example, chicken, turkey and cottage cheese. All of these products will stimulate hair growth, make your hair shiny and smooth. More than that, you will significantly improve your scalp skin if you follow this advice.
4. Limit your time in the sun.
Spending a day in the sun is harmful to your skin and hair, too. Sun protection is necessary if you want to have good hair. It takes just a few days to significantly damage your hair if most of the time is spent outside. Fortunately, sun damage cn be prevented – we recommend applying leave-in conditioners. Apply the chosen product to the mid-shaft and the very ends every other day. It will protect your hair from saltwater as well as wind and dangerous UV rays. If you’re planning on spending your days on the beach, generously use heat protectant with SPF before you leave your home. Remember to reapply the product after each swim.
