6. Hitting the beach
No doubt it all depends on the climate you live in. In some countries autumns are hot and people go swimming till the very early winter season. Some countries are colder. However, beaches are wonderful at any time. Use your local beach to do your workouts or yoga. You can jog or walk there, too. This is hard to do in summer, especially when there’re hundreds of people around. In autumn it’s different and you can easily lose weight if you use the beach to exercise.
