3. Never Buy Used Stuff
Wise are those who do not go to Goodwill. That’s the place where you will spend your money on something that has already been worn by others. Do you even know the people who owned those items? Of course not! Then, if they got rid of all those things, why the hell you should pay for something that others consider crap? Respect yourself and buy fewer clothes but let your wardrobe be fresh and clean, not previously worn by anyone else. Besides, you know that branded clothing is often on sale – just find out the dates when and where the sale is taking place!
4. Your Tailor Is No God
A tailor is just a tailor. No need to praise your tailor’s job to the skies. This is what they are for – to fix clothes or make new ones. If they do it right, then they simply accomplish their work the way it should be accomplished. Do not look at tailors as if they were gods. No need to be the best friends with your tailor either. If you do not like the quality your current tailor offers, feel free to switch to another professional. If, on the other hand, your tailor is the best one you have ever had, then keep in touch with the person and recommend him or her for others. You can save quite some money if you learn to fix your clothes instead of throwing them away.
