Take small steps
Take small steps. Your striding should be shorter than that when you have flats on. Yes, you’ll need to take more steps to walk the same distance. This is inevitable. However, this type of walking looks elegant and sexy, doesn’t it? Your steps are not supposed to be “baby” steps, but you should not try to make them as big as those when you are wearing footwear without heels. Wear heels only if you do not need to rush – quick walking is barely possible in high heels. Another tip to help you make walking in heels easier is for you to start toning your legs and especially your calves.
Walk a straight line
Ladies who look at their heels while they walk look unnatural. If you find an end point (a coworker’s desk, store, corner, etc.) and look at it while walking, you will look better! Also, while approaching your end point, imagine a straight line that leads you there. Keep walking that line. Keep your toes ahead, put one foot in front of the other. Practice a bit and you will understand that walking in heels is not difficult at all.
