Recently Theresa Roemer has finally finished renovations on her property located in Texas, Houston. She was targeting for building a closet big enough to accommodate Theresa’s wardrobe estimated at $2 million.

The wardrobe includes almost 80 pairs of the legendary Christian Louboutin shoes plus 60 pieces of Birkin bags. As you can imagine, the closet is probably more spacious than an average family’s house. And its content costs far more than an average woman spends on her clothing throughout her whole lifetime. The 3-story closet takes up 3,000 square feet. Building it cost the lucky owner $500,000.

What else is there in the closet that makes it so unique? You would never guess but Roemer also has a champagne bar in the middle of her closet. Asked why she needed it there, the beauty queen told that since it’s a woman’s closet and, as we all know, most women adore champagne she would have a bar in it. The bar is quite popular among her friends, too. The only person who feels uncomfortable in this place is Roemer’s husband, who says that the place is too neat and tidy for him.
