7. Raw Zucchini Spaghetti with Marinara Sauce
For two servings you will need 2 peeled zucchini, 3 tomatoes, 1 tablespoon of your favorite spices, a pinch of salt, 1 sweet red bell pepper, and 1 cup of sun dried tomatoes in olive oil. 8. Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast

Pound the fillet, then saute onion in olive oil for 4-5 minutes, add spinach and then cheese, pepper, and salt. Wrap it all in the chicken fillet and fix the roll with a toothpick. Cook the stuffed chicken on medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Remember to turn the meat from time to time. Remove the toothpick and serve!
