10 Simple Exercises To Tone Up Your Legs

Exercising is a positive thing. Active lifestyle is obviously more fun. It improves your physical and mental health. Workout routine provides energy.

3. Squats

There is nothing as effective as squats if you are aiming for beautiful thighs and shapely butt. Stand straight. Place your legs about shoulder width apart. Stretch you arms if it feels more natural and easier and perform your first squat. Be careful and do not damage your knees! What you are supposed to feel is pressure in your thighs and butt. If you feel pressure on your knees, it means that you are not performing the exercise right. Never let your knees creep out past your toes.

4. Step-ups

Toning up your quads and glutes is not that difficult. Try step-ups. Find a flat but raised surface and practice this exercise. Keep your arms by your sides, place one foot on the surface and lift your body by stepping all the way up. The higher the surface you step on, the more difficult this exercise becomes. You can use a professional stepper, an exercise bench, or any household item appropriate for this purpose.
