4 Worst Post-Workout Foods

Avoid the following four foods after your workout session and you will never experience any kind of discomfort or health issues.

3. Fried foods
Fried foods are not recommended to anyone, be it a person who regularly works out or someone who has never been to the gym and has no intention of going ever attending one. Restore after your workout routine by eating the right combination of protein and carbs and never consume fast food such as burgers and potato chips. They are full of calories, fats and carbs that are absolutely useless since they contain no special nutrients to charge you with energy and recover.

4. Spicy foods
Sometimes, usually after workout, you might feel like eating some chicken madras or any other spicy food. Although spices are wonderful, they are not advised after workout. Such foods will lead to indigestion and heartburn. We do not want you to feel uncomfortable. What we want is for you to feel high after you return from the gym.
