3. Apples and all other fruits
In fact, all kinds of fruits are good for you. Apples are available all year round, they do not cause allergies (alike some of the citrus fruits). Besides, they are affordable. They can replace some of the unhealthy snacks, such as candies and cookies since they are sweet and crunchy. Eat apples with skin and provide your body with fiber, vitamins and minerals.
4. Blueberries
Blueberry pancakes and muffins do not count! You need fresh blueberries. All berries are great and blueberries are no exception. Eat them on a regular basis. The berries are full of fiber and nutrients. They taste wonderful and you can add them to your favorite yogurt, smoothie or fruit salad. They are low in calories, which is another cool fact.
