2. Artifical Sweeteners
Artificial sweeteners are especially popular among people suffering from diabetes. They are also consumed by people who are trying to lose weight. In fact, it has been proved that those who opt for artificial sweeteners tend to gain weight. Avoid aspartame since this chemical breaks down and becomes DPK, a deadly toxin. If consumed regularly, artificial sweeteners can lead to brain tumors.
