4. Pickled, Smoked, Salted
Include pickled, smoked and salted food in the “no no” list of products. These products contain nitrates. N-nitroso that such foods have leads to cancer. Smoked meats are usually high in fat. It is one of the reasons why colorectal and stomach cancer develop.
5. Farmed Salmon
More than 60 per cent of salmon consumed in the USA is raised on special farms. The fish is fed unnatural diets full of antibiotics, chemicals, pesticides and several other carcinogens. Research has shown that the numbers of mercury and PCB’s in farmed salmon is too high.
