3. White teeth
It is recommended to visit a dentist at least twice a year. If you have problems, you might need professional assistance even more often. However, there is something you can do on your own to improve the situation. Not only do you need a toothbrush and toothpaste in your bathroom, you should also have a couple of products that are good for your dental health in your fridge: Apples, Pears, Strawberries, Milk and yogurt, Oranges, Cheese, Celery, Onions, Salmon, Ginger.
4. Hair and nails
If your diet is full of minerals and vitamins, chances are your hair, skin and nails look good and healthy as well. Shampoos, balms and conditioners are useful, but they cannot solve more serious problems. You should feed your nails and hair from inside rather than from outside: Dark chocolate, Almonds, Oysters, Milk, Salmon, Eggs, Berries, Red meat.
