Do not believe those who claim that bread is just another evil food. We do not deny – this product is very high in carbohydrates. Nevertheless, the number of healthy nutrients is not low either! Bread has antioxidants, B vitamins and plenty of fiber. Opt for the whole-wheat bread if you wish to benefit from the food.
4. Coffee
The number of people who cannot live without coffee is constantly increasing. This drink is highly addictive due to its stimulating effect. If you drink it in moderation, then coffee is not that harmful. The beans are high in antioxidants and have a wake-promoting impact. Do not drink too much of it, though. And remember to control how much of coffee you consume per day.
