Read the labels and make sure that the granola bars you usually purchase do not contain too much corn syrup or sodium. Some brands are rich in fats, too. Such bars contain tons of calories but no nutritious ingredients that would be worth the money you pay. Try and replace your granola bar with a banana or grapefruit.
