3. Farmed Salmon
Oily fish is good. We do need salmon. But we should always pay attention to what kind of salmon we are buying. Never purchase farmed salmon. Try and find salmon that is wild. It might be more expensive and unavailable in every store. Yet it is worth your effort. Your health is more important. Farmed salmon might taste the same, but it is raised in bad conditions and fed on antibiotics, pesticides, and other well-known carcinogens.
4. GMO’s
GMO can be found even in fresh fruits and vegetables. Genetically-modified products have been tested on rats. The study proved that they caused rats to develop tumors. They also damaged organs and caused premature death.
