5. Failing to Follow Good Sleep Patterns
Maintain sleep patterns and do not stay up until the early hours in the morning. Let your body have a rest at night. We need to sleep in order to restore and prepare for the next day. Studies show that kidney disease is very typical of patients who do not get enough sleep at night. All organs (kidneys included) need at least 8 hours of rest per day to rejuvenate. Make your sleep schedule regular and do not disrupt your sleep. Get an adequate amount of rest and sleep. This is the only way to have a better health.
