3. Screen time before sleep should be limited
If your device emits blue light, do not take it to bed. Your bedroom should be free of laptops, tablets, smartphones and other modern gadgets. It is reported that blue light coming from electronic devices interferes with glucose metabolism.
4. Never skip breakfast
Before you leave for work, have breakfast. Do not skip the first meal of the day. It is more important than any other meal. Prepare some food in the evening if you know you have no time to cook food in the morning. Your breakfast should contain protein to keep you energetic and full for longer. Eggs, low-fat yogurt and cheese are great breakfast options.
