On the contrary, one of the benefits of caffeinated drinks is that they are capable of preventing serious heart diseases. The lowest percentage of people who die of heart diseases belongs to those who consume 3-5 cups of coffee a day. Drinking tea is not less beneficial since black and green tea contain plenty of caffeine. However, milk or cream should not be added since these diary products neutralize the effect of antioxidants.
