Clogged arteries cause heart disease.
2. Vitamin E
Vitamin E is believed to be one of the most essential vitamins. It is said to reduce the risk of cataracts. It helps to prevent Alzheimer’s and cardiovascular disease. The worst thing is that this vitamin increases the risk of developing cancer.
