People often confuse thirst with hunger. Instead of drinking a glass of water they start stuffing their faces with more food. They gain weight without realizing that all they need to do to stay in shape is simply during water rather than eat. Water is good for purifying your organs and supplying it with the energy and fuel you need. Next time you feel hunger pangs, try and drink water first.
4. You’re Extremely Thirsty
Your dry mouth is the first sign you need water. However, sometimes the situation gets worse. This happens after partying and sleepless nights at discos and clubs. The very next morning you get up feeling awful. Avoid alcohol if possible. You should know that alcohol dehydrates your whole system. Follow your body and do not ignore the signals it is sending to your brain. Drink water and restore yourself.
