3. Sweet Cereal
Replace your regular sweet cereal with a small serving of popcorn. There are better alternatives though, of course. But if you feel like snacking on something less healthy than lean protein and vegetables, then popcorn is a good option. Sweet cereal is too rich in simple carbs.
4. Alcohol
Drinks that you consume in the evening also play a great role in the quality of your night’s sleep. Alcohol is one of the worst options. Some might believe that alcohol helps to fall asleep. However, the truth is that brandy, vodka whiskey and other beverages that contain alcohol dehydrate your body cells. If your body is dehydrated, it makes it difficult for your whole organism to restore at night.
