3. How demotivational can inspiration be?
The more people talk about the importance of diet and sports, the less motivated you become. Moderation is the key. If most of your time is spent online – the place where you seek inspiration – it may have the opposite effect. Sooner or later you’ll get sick and tired of all the mentors trying to change you.
4. Is your workout too tiring?
Working out for hours is possible only if sport is your occupation. Fitness is your hobby and bodybuilding is just one of your interests. If you have a different profession, then spending hours in the gym is not a good idea. It is neither practical nor feasible. There is no point in wasting time pumping iron either. Your target is to maintain your healthy weight, maybe lose some extra pounds or gain lean muscle mass. Do sports to stay healthy. Make health your main reason to stay physically active.
