5. Watch your portions
Another thing to do is to rationalize your portions. Keep in mind that it takes around 20 minutes for your stomach to send the right signal to your brain to tell it that you are no longer hungry. Chew your food very well and make breaks. You will see that you will consume much less food if you do not rush while having meals.

You love your burger with fries? Then how about replacing your regular fries with something different? Most cafeterias can offer you more than five options to replace your side dish.
