3. Your Meals Are Too Small
Eating two or three times a day is not enough. Weight loss can be more effective if you eat more often. If you know this rule then make sure that those meals are not too small. Do not let yourself starve. If you feel you are constantly thinking about eating and food, it means that you do not eat enough. You can use special calorie counters and see how many calories you need to feel good and, at the same time, lose weight! On the other hand, do not try to cheat yourself by making yourself believe that you are hungry if you really are not. It is easy to tell if you need food. If you feel like snacking on something unhealthy, it means you are not hungry. Usually, hungry people want proper food, not candies.
4. You’re Too Obsessed with Sugary Stuff
If your insulin receptors are weak, you are likely to gain weight in your belly. When do insulin receptors become weak? It usually occurs when a person eats too many sugary foods. Once you exclude breads, cookies, candies and cakes, you will instantly start losing weight. It also happens when people eat too many starchy products, such as potatoes. It is always a good idea to reduce the amount of carbs that take minutes to get into your bloodstream. Luckily, there are plenty of alternatives.
