3. Get Slimmer
If you know you should lose weight, do it! When your weight is healthy, the risk of developing diabetes, cancer and heart disease is much lower. Lose weight step by step. Do not make sudden changes in your diet or exercise routine. Start with your eating habits. Exclude junk food and sodas. Drink water instead of coffee and dedicate more time to physical activities.
4. Visit Your Doctor
Remember to get checkups on a regular basis. You can stay healthy if you let your doctor see you more often. Take blood tests from time to time and see what minerals and vitamins you need. Do it before it’s too late. It’s much easier to prevent an issue than treat it. Screening tests are advised as well.
