3. Drink plenty of water
Hydrate yourself properly. Sodas do not count. What you need is plain water. Only fresh water can keep your body functioning well. Water washes out toxins and helps your inner organs work the right way.
4. Start with vegetable salad or soup
Before eating your main course try and eat raw vegetables or vegetable salad. You can replace it with vegetable soup. If you do it, you will probably eat less of other more caloric foods afterwards. Fiber will fill your stomach up sooner. Besides, you will provide your body with vitamins and minerals.
