5. Include other abdominal exercises
There are a lot of exercises that you might have never heard of but that can be used to make your abs more sculpted. Make your workout routine more interesting and try out new activities. You can also increase the intensity or the number of sets.
6. Say no to late meals
Are you an owl? How late do you go to bed? If you stay up even after midnight, then you probably keep on snacking after 9 p.m. Even if your snacks consist of healthy foods, they should be avoided. At night our body is too tired to digest food and stores it in fat cells. Be smarter and go to bed early. You will let your organism have a rest, consume less calories and, instead of gaining weight you will lose some.
