Most of us might have never heard of such an exercise. It is not easy to perform although the name sounds very simple. Stretch your body into the shape of a table. First, sit on the floor. Then stretch your legs out. Put your palms on the floor. Make sure that your hands are facing towards the feet. Finally, put your feet flat on the floor. Now push your body forward until your torso reminds of the shape of the table. This movement will surely increase your height.
