5. Pilates Roll Over
Pilates is a challenging type of exercise. It consists of various moves that require plenty of effort to accomplish. You can start with an exercise called Pilates roll over. Lay on your back. Keep your arms at your sides. Next, lift your legs. Your feet should be facing the ceiling. Now move your legs back trying to touch the floor behind your head. There are not too many exercises that can stretch the back muscles in such a great way. Pilates roll over elongates the spine hence you start looking taller.
6. Cat and Dog
Being an inch taller is a great bonus. Learn to do some certain stretches and your body will transform. Get on your fours and arch your back upward. While keeping your torso lifted, make your abdominal muscles tight. Freeze for a few seconds, exhale and push your tailbone under. Hold the position. Repeat the exercise.
