1. The pantry should be spring cleaned
There is no place for junk food in your pantry. Get rid of refined grains, white rice and flour. Ditch the foods that contain artificial sweeteners. You do not need sugar and alcohols either! Dump your low-fat stuff and sugar free candies. Your plate should always be free of products that contain various chemicals. From now on your diet should be filled with vegetables, organic proteins and fruits.
2. Drop by the organic supermarket or farmer’s market
In spring organic supermarkets can offer a wider selection of seasonal produce. The same is done by farmers whose vegetables and fruits you can buy. Look for a farmer’s market in your area and become a regular customer. Talk to the people and find out what supermarkets or grocery stores sell the freshest products.
