5. Mixing up the usual routine
What you do in winter should be different from what you do in spring. This applies to your workout routine, home and office. Find new ways to do the same tasks. Instead of weight lifting try our cycling or swimming. Instead of chatting during your lunch break at work go out and take a walk around the block. Clean your living place and make some rearrangements.
6. Avoid too much training
People who tend to over-train claim that they get bored with exercise and eventually quit. We know that in spring days become longer and you want to enjoy the sun or stay active in fresh air. Refrain from doing too much of your favorite activities. Listen to your body and consider your health conditions. Do not injure yourself by over-training.
