5. Leafy Greens
Your diet cannot be considered healthy unless you include plenty of leafy greens. Green salads fill you up and provide you with fiber. They keep you hydrated since they contain plenty of water. Veggies are low in calories and most of them contain zero fats. Eat your vegetables raw. Avoid full-fat toppings and rich dressings. The darker leafy greens you pick, the more antioxidants you will get. Besides, all species are rich in minerals and vitamins.
6. Dark Chocolate
Feeling deprived is wrong. Dieting should be a positive experience. If all you are going through is negative moments, chances are you will soon give up on your diet. To make your menu more varied, add a piece of dark chocolate once or twice a week. Do not overdo it since chocolate is high in calories.
