5. Cherries
Seeds and stones in some fruits are pretty harmful. For instance, cherries contain deadly cyanogenic compounds. Cyanide must not be consumed. Just 0.1 gram of this substance is enough to severely harm a human of average weight.
6. Cassava
Cassava is a tropical vegetable full of nutrients. The vegetable is safe to eat if it is prepared properly, but its roots and leaves are toxic and may cause death if you do not know how they should be cooked. Soak and then dry the leaves very well before consuming them.
