Sleeping enough
On average, you need around eight hours of sleep. Napping throughout the day won’t let you enjoy a good night’s sleep. Break your bad habits and develop the right sleeping patterns. Treat insomnia if that’s your issue and take breaks during the day only if you feel you cannot do without them.
Exercise and Physical Activity
Move your body and your brain will be thankful to you. Physically fit people are mentally fit as well. Exercise improves blood circulation and that’s how your body delivers oxygen to your head. You can join a gym, yoga or dance classes, practice swimming and cycling. Keep moving at home and work. Take longer walks outside every day.
