How musically inclined are you? If you know you will spend more than 40 minutes working out, we suggest you should listen to some music. There are plenty of tunes for people who intensively work out. However, after your workout session you need more relaxing, soothing and calm songs and melodies. Listen to slow songs and music to help your mind feel comfortable.
