5. Compression garments
Garments that compress some certain body parts are designed to help your most sensitive body parts like joints not to be injured or damaged during exercise. These garments protect your muscles and bones and you can work out for longer without any worries. Compression garments cost more than your regular gym clothes. But this sort of investment pays off since there is nothing more important than your health.
6. Active recovery
Do not stay passive after your workout session. An hour or two at the gym or swimming pool does not mean that you have to avoid being active throughout the day. Your recovery period can also be active. If your previous day was hard and you did plenty of exercise, you might want to stay at home for a day. It’s perfectly all right, of course. But remember to go for a walk or cycling instead. Another great idea is to practice yoga or attend a dance class.
