3. Your Activities Should Be Diversified
Be alert and dedicated. Make your daily activities more varied and exciting. Avoid the events that include lots of eating and drinking and start doing some extra activities. Do some sports, take long walks, attend a swimming pool, or look through fashion magazines.
4. Never Starve Yourself
Staying relatively full is an essential thing to do while on a diet. Do not overeat even if your food is healthy. It’s easy to fall off the wagon, so moderation is the key.
