Planning your wedding is a stressful process that can make you feel anxious. Negative emotions can easily change your dieting routine and negatively influence your results. Calm down if something goes wrong or not the way you would like it to be. Having a weight loss goal is great, but do not get discouraged if your scale shows bigger numbers. Do not feel embarrassed or ashamed of failure. Remember that you are loved for your heart, soul and character. Your man has chosen you to be his wife not for your weight!
