5. Foods prepared ahead
When we are tired or simply busy all we want to do is to quench our hunger and thirst as soon as possible. We have no time to cook a meal from scratch. This is when we go back to our previous eating habits and down something unhealthy. Keep plenty of vegetables in the fridge in case you are in a hurry.
6. Be sneaky
Congratulations if you love vegetables. For those of you who despise them, we suggest you should try and be sneaky. Add the veggies you dislike to your morning smoothies – the fruit will hide the taste and flavor that you can’t stand.
