Depending on your preferences, choose your favorite physical activity. You may love swimming, jogging, playing tennis or doing yoga – all of these activities are great. Walking for at least an hour per day is a must.
6. Healthy eating habits.
You feel and look great only if you make the right food choices. Include more vegetables and replace unhealthy snacks with fruits. Fruits as well as vegetables provide your body with vitamins, minerals, nutrients and are very low in calories. Instead of a bar of chocolate grab an apple or a pear. Use veggies and fruits to prepare smoothies for breakfast. Vegetables taste great both raw and stewed. Fruits can be used in desserts. Remember to drink plenty of water. Only then will your skin be healthy. There is nothing as important as water.
