7. Hydrogenated oils
These type of oils are vegetable oils. It is an important thing because all these oils are extracted unnaturally different from the processes that are applied to make other fats like butter. Vegetable oils turn into poisons through processing because of used chemicals for deodorizing and coloring.
A lot of Omega–6 fatty acids and Omega- 6 fatty acids in vegetable oils can be dangerous for us. These acids can lead to skin cancer and various other cancers; also they can increase risk of heart disease. If you want to avoid these problems, balance both Omega 3 and Omega 6. You should eat natural Omega 3, which is in fatty fish like mackerel or wild salmon and grass fed meats.
